The company was formed and is led by Alban, who brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction.

Starting his career at the very bottom, as a labourer, Alban developed a full understanding of the building process from the ground up.  He later trained to NVQ level 3 and went on to work on large-scale residential developments, including apartment schemes of up to 300 units.

Alongside this, he has delivered a wide range of smaller residential projects, including extensions, refurbishments, and bespoke works where attention to detail is key.

Today, Alban remans fully involved in every project, ensuring work is carried out properly, safely and to a high standard.

KLAD Construction is built around a family approach, with each member playing a role in the business.

The name KLAD comes from the initials of the family:

• Lewis
• Alban
• Daniela

Daniela manages the business side, bringing a background in accounting to ensure projects are organised and run efficiently.

Lewis is training as an electrician and supports work on site, while Kelly represents the next generation behind the schemes.
